Courses

Beekeeping Courses and Dates for 2024.

The year 2023 presented some interesting challenges. This did not deter the demand as all the course levels presented were fully booked. The calibre of students at all course levels was of a very high standard, with most of the students now busy keeping bees of their own and showing excellent results. The most popular course was the Beginners Beekeeping Course. Protective equipment is always supplied for the Field Work. Due to the practical nature of this course, class sizes have to be restricted.

All the courses are presented in Kelowna, BC by Vic Macdonald and course members become part of the BBC (Backyard Beekeepers Club), BBC Newsletter and can then enjoy special pricing on bees and equipment.
